Shipping Policy

At AB￣BC (hereinafter referred to as “the Shop”), we have established the following shipping policy to ensure that your ordered products are delivered safely and promptly.

1. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Yamato Transport.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests for alternative carriers.

2. Shipping Fees

All orders are shipped free of charge nationwide.
Additional fees may apply for certain areas such as Okinawa and remote islands. In such cases, we will notify you in advance.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be shipped on the next business day.
Delivery may be delayed due to year-end holidays, long public holidays, severe weather, or traffic conditions.

4. Changing the Delivery Address

Changes to the delivery address can be made only before shipment.
Changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched, so please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

5. Receiving Your Order

If an order is returned to the Shop due to long-term absence, refusal of receipt, or other reasons, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee as well as the return shipping cost and handling fees should you wish to have the item resent.
If you prefer a refund, the refund amount may be reduced by the shipping and handling fees incurred.

6. Packaging

Products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
For environmental considerations, simplified packaging may be used in some cases.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
