Luxenosa Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in connection with the services provided through abandbc Shopify (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)
If a user requests suspension of use or deletion (“Suspension of Use, etc.”) of their personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the stated purposes or was obtained by improper means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation and, if deemed necessary, promptly implement the Suspension of Use, etc., and notify the user of the results.
However, if Suspension of Use, etc., requires excessive costs or is otherwise difficult to carry out, the Company may take necessary alternative measures to protect the user’s rights and interests.
Article 9 (Changes to this Privacy Policy)
This Policy may be changed without prior notice to users.
The revised Privacy Policy shall take effect at the time it is posted on this website.
