Luxenosa Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in connection with the services provided through abandbc Shopify (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).

To provide and operate the Services
To respond to inquiries from users (including identity verification)

Article 4 (Changes to the Purpose of Use)

The Company may change the purpose of use of personal information only when it is reasonably recognized that the new purpose is related to the previous purpose.

If the purpose of use is changed, the Company will notify users of the revised purpose or publicly announce it on the Company’s website using a method prescribed by the Company.

However, the following cases are exceptions:

When cooperation with a national or local government organization is required to perform duties prescribed by law, and obtaining consent may impede such duties

The following cases do not constitute the provision of personal information to third parties:

When the Company entrusts the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
When personal information is provided due to succession of business through merger or other reasons
When personal information is jointly used with specified parties, provided that the details have been notified to the user or made readily accessible in advance

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

If a user requests disclosure of their personal information, the Company will disclose such information without delay.

However, the Company may decline disclosure, in whole or in part, in the following cases:

When disclosure may harm the rights or interests of the user or a third party
When disclosure may significantly hinder the proper execution of the Company’s business
When disclosure would violate applicable laws

A handling fee may be charged for the disclosure of personal information.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

If a user requests correction, addition, or deletion (“Correction, etc.”) of their personal information because it is incorrect, the Company will promptly conduct such Correction, etc., in accordance with its prescribed procedures and notify the user of the results.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

If a user requests suspension of use or deletion (“Suspension of Use, etc.”) of their personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the stated purposes or was obtained by improper means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation and, if deemed necessary, promptly implement the Suspension of Use, etc., and notify the user of the results.

However, if Suspension of Use, etc., requires excessive costs or is otherwise difficult to carry out, the Company may take necessary alternative measures to protect the user’s rights and interests.

Article 9 (Changes to this Privacy Policy)

This Policy may be changed without prior notice to users.
The revised Privacy Policy shall take effect at the time it is posted on this website.
