Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

At AB ̄BC (hereinafter referred to as “the Shop”), we define our return, exchange, and refund policy as follows.
Please note that eligibility depends on the circumstances.


1. Returns & Exchanges Due to Defective Products or Incorrect Delivery

If a product is defective or different from what you ordered, we will accept a return or exchange.

Examples of eligible cases include (but are not limited to):

  • Leakage

  • Damaged or crushed packaging

  • Obvious damage or contamination of the product itself

  • Receiving an item different from the one ordered

Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product

  • We may request photos of the defective area for confirmation

  • Return and exchange shipping costs will be covered by the Shop

  • If an exchange is not possible due to stock availability, a refund will be provided instead

※ Requests made after the above period cannot be accepted.


2. Returns & Exchanges Due to Customer Preference

Returns and exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted as a general rule.

Examples of non-eligible cases include:

  • Product does not match expectations (e.g. scent, texture, or feel)

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged or soiled after delivery

  • Requests made 8 days or more after delivery

※ Even unopened and unused products are not eligible for return or exchange.


3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and its condition has been confirmed.

  • Credit card payments: Refunded according to the card issuer’s policy

  • Bank transfers: Refunded to the designated bank account

  • Other payment methods: In accordance with each payment service provider’s rules

※ Refund timing varies depending on the payment method
※ Any bank transfer fees may be borne by the customer


4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you wish to request a return, exchange, or refund, please contact us in advance with the following information:

Required information:

  • Order number

  • Name

  • Product name

  • Details of the issue (defect, incorrect delivery, etc.)

  • Preferred resolution (return, exchange, or refund)

※ Inquiries received outside business hours will be handled on the next business day


5. Important Notes

  • If skin irritation or other issues occur after use, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional

  • Individual differences due to skin type or usage environment are not eligible for returns or refunds

  • Returns without prior contact will not be accepted

  • If fraudulent or malicious behavior is suspected, we reserve the right to refuse future transactions

This policy may be revised without prior notice due to legal or operational reasons.
