Eligible Products for the Refund Guarantee

This refund guarantee applies only to customers purchasing this product for the first time from our store.

※ Only single-item purchases are eligible. Set products (e.g., blind boxes) are not eligible.
※ Products purchased using a coupon are not eligible.

Refund Eligibility Conditions

All of the following conditions must be met to qualify for a refund:

☑︎ After approximately one month of use, around 50% of the product remains
☑︎ All items included at the time of purchase (outer box, instruction manual, accessories, etc.) are returned in full

※ We may request photos of the product to confirm the remaining quantity.

Within 30 days from the product delivery date
(based on the delivery completion date recorded by the shipping carrier)

※ In cases of delivery delays or redelivery, the carrier’s final delivery completion date will be used as the reference.

After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Returning the Product

After receiving return instructions from us, please return the product within 7 days using the designated method
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
We are not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping

Cases Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

Contact made more than 30 days after the delivery date
Remaining product quantity significantly below or above the expected amount (approx. 50%)
Missing accessories, outer box, or included materials
Purchases made outside the campaign period or repeat purchases
Set products or purchases made using a coupon
Products with significant damage or contamination
Returns made without prior notice
Cases deemed fraudulent or contrary to the intent of this program by our store
