AB￣BC Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

The AB￣BC Rewards Program allows members to earn Reward $ on eligible purchases and use available Reward $ towards future eligible purchases.

By participating in the AB￣BC Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Eligibility

You must create and sign in to an AB￣BC customer account in order to earn and use Reward $.

Reward $ is linked to the account to which it is issued and cannot be sold, transferred or moved to another customer account.

2. Earning Reward $

Members earn 3% Reward $ on eligible purchase amounts.

Reward $ is calculated based on the actual eligible amount paid. Amounts paid using Reward $, cancelled purchases, returned or refunded items, and other ineligible transactions will not earn Reward $.

AB￣BC may designate certain products, orders or promotional offers as ineligible for Reward $ from time to time.

3. Reward $ Calculation

Reward $ is calculated at 3% of the eligible purchase amount.

Where the calculated amount includes a decimal, it will be rounded down.

The final Reward $ amount awarded will be based on the amount shown by the Rewards Program system.

4. When Reward $ Is Issued

Reward $ is not issued immediately when an order is placed.

Eligible Reward $ will normally be credited to the relevant member account within 3 business days after the order has been fulfilled.

Where an order is subsequently cancelled, refunded, returned or otherwise adjusted, the timing or amount of Reward $ issued may be adjusted accordingly.

5. Using Reward $

Reward $ is provided as shopping credit linked to your member account.

Once signed in, available Reward $ may be applied towards eligible purchases at checkout.

The amount of Reward $ available for use and the applicable redemption method will be determined by the checkout system.

6. Discounts and Promotions

Unless otherwise stated, Reward $ cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional offers.

Where a specific promotion has separate terms, the terms of that promotion will apply.

7. Reward $ Has No Cash Value

Reward $ is not cash and has no cash value.

Reward $ cannot be:

• exchanged or withdrawn for cash
• refunded in cash
• resold
• transferred to another member
• exchanged into another currency

Reward $ may only be used through the AB￣BC online store in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

8. Expiry

Each Reward $ amount is valid for 180 days from the date it is issued.

Any unused Reward $ will automatically expire at the end of the applicable validity period.

Expired Reward $ will generally not be reissued, reinstated or extended.

Members are responsible for monitoring their Reward $ balance and expiry dates.

9. Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellations

Where an order or product that earned Reward $ is subsequently cancelled, returned, refunded or adjusted, the corresponding Reward $ will be deducted or recalculated accordingly.

For partial returns or refunds, the Reward $ associated with the affected portion of the order may also be adjusted.

If the relevant Reward $ has already been used, AB￣BC reserves the right to adjust the member's Reward $ balance accordingly.

10. Earning Reward $ When Using Reward $

Amounts paid using Reward $ do not earn additional Reward $.

Reward $ will only be calculated on the eligible amount actually paid.

11. Member Accounts

Members are responsible for ensuring that their account information is accurate and for keeping their login details secure.

Reward $ is linked to the relevant member account. Where Reward $ is not earned or cannot be used due to the use of a different account or email address, failure to sign in, or another account-related issue, AB￣BC may review the matter on a case-by-case basis.

12. Errors and Adjustments

Where Reward $ is incorrectly issued, duplicated, calculated or deducted due to a system, technical or administrative error, AB￣BC reserves the right to correct the relevant records and adjust the Reward $ balance accordingly.

13. Misuse of the Rewards Program

Where AB￣BC reasonably believes that a member has engaged in fraudulent activity, artificial transactions, abusive returns or refunds, creation of multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, or any other misuse of the Rewards Program, AB￣BC reserves the right to cancel or adjust Reward $, restrict participation in the Rewards Program or terminate the member's Rewards Program eligibility.

14. Changes to or Termination of the Rewards Program

AB￣BC reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Rewards Program from time to time, including changes to:

• the Reward $ earning rate
• calculation methods
• expiry periods
• eligible products or transactions
• redemption conditions
• membership eligibility
• other Rewards Program arrangements

Where appropriate, material changes may be communicated through the AB￣BC website or other reasonable channels.

15. Updates to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

The latest version published on the AB￣BC website will apply to participation in the Rewards Program.
